  • Certain items, such as personalized products or consumables (e.g., cat litter, pet food), cannot be returned.

2. Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

4. Refunds
